Unlicensed pot, THC candy dispensary was being run out of N.J. house, cops say

A 38-year-old New Jersey man ran an unlicensed marijuana and THC candy dispensary out of his Somers Point home, authorities allege.

Investigators seized 65 pounds of pot, 32 pounds of tetrahydrocannabinol gummy candy and $119,526 in cash from John Garman's residence, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said Tuesday.

Garman also had a pound-and-a-half of Psilocybin mushrooms, 10 pounds of THC cartridges and another half-pound of additional THC-infused candy in the home when he was arrested Thursday, investigators said.
